What is my battery size??

It is the MP5SD5. I have heard of large capacity batteries not fitting in certain guns without modification. If I am wrong, no biggie, I just know that this battery doesnt fit my gun, or my pal's M4 variant.

It is a large battery. Not a mini. I'm not THAT new hahaha.

If the people who buy this know about airsoft, it's not a problem to get a battery recharged or to find another battery.
I dont know how old you are, or how old the buyer is. I hope both are at least 18.

All battery sizes are more or less standard. All sub-C cells will be approximately the same size, regardless of capacity or chemical makeup. That said, tolerances between manufacturers can vary by up to 1mm, so that can add up to a 4mm increase in overall length which can be significant in some cases. Additionally, battery assemblers may use plastic "holders" for the cells as structural support, increasing width by 2-4mm. Many people have split CA249 stocks because of those supports.

judging from the pics its at least 1700mah, you've got 7 8.4v cells in there, and if I remember correctly in that sizing 1700mah is one smaller ratings. I'd try a setting of around 1300 - 1600mah on slow charge for a few hours and you should be safe.

Depending on the charger, the mAh setting may just be a safety feature in case the peak detection fails... I know that's how it works on my Pirhanna.

M4 battery? Like, nunchuck battery? Definitely only 1.0A for that. Trickle doesn't really matter so much unless you really want to max out the capacity of your battery. I'd say leave it at 50mA, I think that's the lowest.

As for your other battery, the large one, you need to know if it's a NiMH or a NiCad. The peak detection works differently for each chemistry, and if you don't have the right one you'll probably screw the battery by overcharging it. As long as you know what chemistry it is, and the peak detection voltage settings are correct (they're different for NiMH and NiCad, check the manual) you should be good to go. Just set the max cutoff to like 2400mAh for NiCad and 3300mAh for NiMH.
