I use mine to typically carry all my gear with me. That way if my team decides to set up our HQ in a distant corner, I can go with ease. PLus makes loading all my stuff into the car easier. You'll see it at n00b day.

Had one for a long time, could never find a situation where i couldnt have used a regular non-camo backpack. Only use could be in long milsim type games

Yeah, I'll definitely have a look everyone's stuff at Noob Day next week. I pretty much figured I'd need a backpack of some sort in Manitoba because of what I've heard about our milsim attitude.
Guess I'll just have to see what suits me best once the season starts |

Just show up to the first game and then find out what you need later. As long as a 24-hour game isn't your first (at shouldn't be your first, either) you won't die.

I also have that maxpedition bag and absolutely love it! Put a 3l camelback bladder in it and it's the shiznit.
