Our website is down currently getting fixed by our web guy. We hope to have it brought up as soon as we can.
I do have to say that our customer service has been lacking a bit recently since there is only one

I apologize for that. :cry:
Majority of Online Retailers are run by only one or two people. It's hard for me to stay in the office all day when I need to ship customer orders out and head out to UPS/Customs to clear things.
I am always running around.
One important thing you have to realize is that I am an Online Retailer and not really a store front. My office is where I operate out of, but for local Greater Vancouver customers, I do allow people to visit since it is much easier and a lil more convenient for you guys. I have hours of operation posted, but I may not be in the office at those times.
If you cannot contact me via Phone, your best bet is to EMAIL me a day/time you want to come by, and also a contact number and I will call you back as soon as I can.
