That is just the maximum safe continuous discharge rate of the battery, it does not mean that the battery will always put out 80 Amps.
An unregulated power source such as a battery will only provide what current is asked of it, no matter what its ratings are.

If the system only asks for 20A, only 20A is supplied regardless of the safe discharge rating.

If you want to use a sector delay clip and you get close to or higher than 30 RPS you need to SS from the release side otherwise you will have tappet plate pre-engagement and have horribly inconsistent FPS.
SS from release side will muck with your tappet timing. Riot and I think some other oem gears have a reinforced release tooth on the sector too. A dsg gear is basically -8 from the pickup side....

VFC stock gears also have a reinforced release tooth. Tappet timing won't be an issue as long as you don't take too many teeth off. I only take 2 off to prevent tappet pre engagement.

lol modify... 2 separate p90 cylinderheads and nozzles all from modify failed to seal with each other. I might as well have had a nozzle that had no o-ring.

The cost and brand of the parts don't matter, so long as they seal with each other and can handle the punishment you're going to put them through, just keep in mind, in airsoft nothing is guaranteed. Paying more is not guarantee things will last longer either.

I'd recommend some CA glue and fix those bushings permanently into the gearbox shell. AoE correction with sorbo.

I'd go with a SHS15t with the 2nd tooth shaved (essentially turning it into a 14t) or ZCI 14T. Can't go wrong with 10 bucks for a piston.

on both my 30+ rps guns I didn't shortstroke or swisscheese. I did remove the bearing and 2 plates on the piston side, but this also drops your spring rating.

I would go with a 120 or 130 spring, pull the bearing out of the piston side and shortstroke the sector as many teeth as it takes to drop your spring to your desired FPS. This will prevent pre-engagement and or slow piston return time, a 120 or 130 spring will get it home fast enough and be firm enough on the draw so you don't overspin since you're using a basic fet instead of a computerized fet.

This isn't that extreme of a build. 30rps is around the spot on my builds where I started to see a need for sector clips.
