No idea, got it used recently. Gen2 guts for sure, as well as metal externals that aren't Dboys/VFC-ish. ... wait, Dboys copied VFC's design as well, right? If not, I might be mistaken on that.

That being said, my JG didn't come with a mock bolt plate thing, conducive to the gen 2 JG's out there. I'm pretty sure VFC has mock bolt plates.

I don't know too much but I'd say CA. They're the least shitty of all of the brands you asked about as far as I know

If it was straight up classic army I would almost agree with you. I still believe the JG would be better bang for buck. However the AEG in question is a classic army sport line product. Sport line is just another way to say "this was made with inferior quality materials so cheap people can buy airsoft too".
