I received a shiny new TM DE hardkick a few days ago, it has the same issue. The mag does fill, but whilst filling, some (maybe 25%) of the gas is hissing from the fill valve like an angry cat with a snake on its head. (Yeah, crappy metaphor, I know. I'm tired; got nothin'. So shoot me.* )
So this is a common issue with TM GBB mags? I've inspected the valve closely, and everything seems well-made; no burrs or small gouges in the brass (caused by dull &/or galled tooling; I've seen plenty in KJW mag valves) that might explain it. Seals are nice & springy, everything fits well. My WA pistol mags all fill quietly with no leakage using the same AI propane adapter. I originally thought the (plastic) adapter had "broken in" to match the WA mag valves, and the TM valves were slightly different (mfg design & tolerances), leading to leakage. But that was just a guess.

I should mention this is my first TM GBB, always preferred WA; and (repeatedly knocking on wood) I've yet to break a slide using propane. Though I am obsessive-compulsive about cleaning & maintenance.

* : note to self; think of audience before sayin' stuff like this.

TM mags have valve that hiss while filling, and spew gas when they are full, its the way they are

try moving the bottle around on the mag to find a "sweet spot" other than that don't fill it while smoking lol

Heh, I smoke like a chimney; not while filling though. (I know that a cigarette ember doesn't burn very hot, but still.. I've grown rather attached to my face.) Every now and then I forget to reset the valve catch on the WA mags and get a nice cold blast of propane to the crotch. :banghead:
