High ROF gun
What is a gun that will come with 18+ rps, w/o having to use a lipo battery?

pretty much any gun with a good battery. A 9.4v 15oomah battery can produce that in almost any gun.

Put a big enough battery on pretty much any stock AEG and it'll easily reach that rof. How long it will last at that rof is another story...

I'd like to put together a P90 that could sustain 50 rps. Could call it the RCP90 VII. lol
