Take my word for it, if you buy from ICE, make sure its in stock, otherwise you will never get it. They're CSR is non existent, it took me months to get my money back. If I buy ICE, I buy it through a distributor.

When I was in I wore an Arktis vest that was in CADPAT. A number of us wore them. I had the issued one and it was alright but no mag capacity. I now use a dropzone vest that upgraded with CADPAT or any molle style pouches will get the job done both real and airsoft needs.

Yup, similar design but you can swap the yokes around.
As for dealing with them, I just go straight to their building...
