Trying to figure out what would be the max inner barrel length that would fit inside a RPK AEG mod, anyone would know?

Probably PSG or PSG+ length.

Yes a PSG inner barrel then you had to cut just some cm ( 2-3 cm )

for mags, they use the the "long" ak74 mags. Possibly called rpk74 mags. can't really remember. BUT i have some on the way!

The PSG-1 length works for my RPK, and it's Madbull. Do you have the outer barrel all sorted out?
