Maybe with Zip ties...that's about it..there is no back panel on that Chest rig..unless you buy one seperately. There is a purpose build back panel with hydration carrier though by Pantac.

It should be noted that the Pantac stuff will not connect with Phantom they switched to ITW buckles. You would need to buy Flyye to make it work with Phantom.

Camelbak makes almost all of thier products with Drings. These are so you can attach them to anything you need. Judging from the pantac pics they have drings or at least some pals channels up high on straps. All you have to do is buy 1" webbing and triglides when you get the camelbak and you can attach it to the rig via the drings. You can even use malice clips but their would be no adjustment with them.

You can order a rrv from either Flyye or Pantac and a Mbss back panel and you can attach any mole item to the back. I have one of each vest and am writing a review on them now actually.

I added an MBSS back panel by replacing the buckles..it's the only way that can be done if you pick up the Pantac, your right bean. I should have mentioned that.

The beans compatibility guide for Flyye Pantac and Phantom is
Flyye - UTX
Phantom - UTX
Pantac - ITW

I would suggest either getting the set from Flyye or Pantac shipping isn't that bad.

The multicam thermobak does have D-rings on it
alternatively you could just wear the thermobak over or under that rig
