I'd say high flow valves actually INCREASE cooldown effect dramatically - to the point where the negative downsides we're used to seeing (reduced velocity, weak blowback, etc) are exaggerated so extreme that the mag just completely skips over those weak effects and completely empties in less shots than we're used to seeing
... does what I'm saying make any sense? lol. |

Umm just to let you know high pressure is also an endothermic reaction (like liquid to gas) its not as much as phase change but there is. Just wanans throw it out there

It does exagerate the cooldown, but the extra flow allows the gun to remain functional (i.e., full cycle and enough power for a useable shot). I did a lot of testing back when I was fooling around with the 93R. The downside is the gas empties out 2 or even 3 times faster than it usually would.
