Army Code's outer barrel for L119

Hello guys

I've been trying to find this item unsuccesfully for a bit of time - does anyone know where I can find the outer barrel for converting an M4 into a L119 made by Army Code?

I've e-mailed a bunch of stores, and even Army Code themselves, to no avail. TBH, I'd even consider buying a usde one.
