P90 Lowcap Mag
I just picked up my P90 lowcap, clear with bullets from the post office. I bought it from eHobby. It was opened, inspected and cleared by customs. I wonder if I just got my new favorite customs inspector or if the visible fake bullets aren't really an issue. I've had a TM metal MP5 mag seized saying that it was an over-sized capacity cartridge magazine body. They said it could hold more than five cartridges. That was B.S. considering it doesn't hold any cartridges. I never bothered to appeal it but I probably should have. So ya, strange that the P90 mag didn't get nabbed.

You found five dollars on the sidewalk today.
Do you assume that you will find 5$ there everyday from now on? (Y/N) |

Be careful gambling with Customs, they have all the power they need to make your life miserable.
What else have you ordered? |

I don't understand why ordering toy gun magazines would be an issue.
My advice, keep ordering overseas until one gets seized, and then appeal it. Waste their time for being foolish enough to seize an unrestricted item. Eventually, someone is going to get pissed that they keep inspecting these BS seizures and will smarten the CBSA up. That is, unless the Liberals win the election. In which case, stock pile anything and everything airsoft related while you can. |
