The cycling problem disappeared went it started to empty gas in 2 shot and a half.
I'm gonna check the nozzle tonight to see if there's any crack. If so can I swap it with a TM one? Dam that suck!, the GBB is brand new and didn't last more than 6 mags. Next GBB is going to be a TM for sure.

You can use the TM nozzle.

I've had my WE 1911 "Combat/Tactical" for a few months now. The gun has never been anything but perfect. I ensure that I clean it after every game, and re-lube the slide where it meets the rails with lithium grease. Since starting to lube the slide rails, I have, more often than not, gotten 2 full mags out of 1 propane fill.
As stated above, ensure the mags are lubed well. Put some in the propane adaptor before filling, put some on the rubber piece at the top of the mag which connects with the gun's internals (forget the name), and push in the nozzle in the back and drop some in there. I also ordered a third WE mag from eHobby that works flawlessly. For the price of $220 with 2 mags, and $30 for a third mag, this is a great deal for a propane-ready, all metal gun. Screw TM! |

For every happy newb with a WE you
have at least one unhappy owner. Wouldn't you say that's not a good ratio? If you want a cheap display piece, get a WE. If you want a quality gun that's proven to perform, get a TM for the extra money. Upgrades for a TM slide and breech are available in CNC'd high quality aluminum. |

The ratio looks to be in favour for WE working to me, not that this is anything remotely close a proper sampling or reliability study.

Haha, Saint... my favorite counter puncher.
TM are simply good guns in stock form. It's a dead issue to argue otherwise. Currently I don't own any TM's, all my GBB's are FMU Western Arms I recommend TM's to new players, since they are reliable, and if you want a cheap shelf ornament get a WE. But if you can afford the best, get a pro built all CNC alu WA. I've compared the inner materials used on WE, TM and WA's and WE's are not very good. There are obvious design flaws as well. Some parts that should be 1-piece or metal are not on the WE... |

Please stick to the subject. Maybe I shouldn't have put my feels on my last posst. But I was a bit frustrated that something new didn't work.
Went home at lunch time and check the nozzle and it seem fine (no bend) It does stick a bit in the hop chamber when I move it ( When I simulate the blowback action with my hand). But it end up getting out. I''l test the new mag as soon as I get it. Fist with green gas (or whatever gas that my brother use in is TM) and then with propane. Thanks for your help so far

Bastard. I'll see you on sunday. Remember I aim for the crotch.
TM's are different than WE's Tys. Check the plastic block where the recoil unit sits. WE use a square piece of plastic on most of their models (sux). That part on their HiCaps is prone to getting deformed and letting the recoil parts slide back and up, getting them stuck. |

Not all the parts are the same, like I
mentioned before the WE guns are not exact copies of TM's. The internals have variations, and in some cases completely different designs. |

I own a WE 1911, and I've put about 500 rounds through it. Every single problem I've had with it thus far has been magazine related. Take VERY good care of your mags. Don't do anything like oh, I dunno...drop them down the stairs at the Mill. Twice. *bang head*
