Gonna check the fuse, could be as simple as that
have you ever opened it up? cuz it could be that theres something wrong with the single shot lever, and its getting in the way of the sector gear. open it up and make sure that the little metal piece that is to the right of the sector gear isnt to loose.

Whats frustrating is that I did dissasemble all the aeg completly, then tested both mechbox and motor. Everything was working fine so I decided to reassemble the mp5. When everything was back together, the same f*****g problem came back.

I tested the mechbox and engine+battery all plugged together but outside the mp5 body and it was working fine...So my guess for now is that there's some kind of a problem when the motor is in the mechbox inside the metal body...

Gonna try to bypass the fuse to see what happens.

Thanks guys for the help.

Update:

We opened the mechbox today and found that the little white plastic piece on the gears is broken, could this be the reason of my problem?

that looks like a bushing, get a new set of metal ones, and if see if your problem continues, also try re-shimming your gears, they might be binding, which could have caused the bushing to break.

New pict added.

I'm a little noob with mechbox and bushing things... Bushings are the pieces on top of the gears?

Is it hard top upgrade?

yea thats the bushing, and no, you just pull it off, and then put new ones on, theres ones on both sides of the gears, 6 in all. but if your at all uneasy about doing it your self, send it to someone
