Help with High Quality MP5 midcaps
Alright I just bought a echo1 mp5 pdw and i love the gun. The only thing I hate is the mags that it comes with. Im looking for a cheap but reliable mag thats spring loaded so a high quality mid cap. I hate the high caps because you have to crank them after 40 shots.
Ive seen the 90 rnd abs plastic mid caps which are 9.99 but im looking for maybe a metal one thats a little more expensive. not too expensive like the jg 120 rnd mid cap which is 30 bucks. Does anyone have any ideas were i can get a cheap and reliable metal midcap for my mp5? Thanks - Shock |

Well, assuming that any brand MP5 mag will work in your Echo, there are the 90rd Mag midcaps you mentioned, I have four of them and haven't had any issues with them (except overfilling causes the top to split, but that seems to be normal). I have two G&P midcaps, they are very nice, metal, shoot great. Only niggle I have is the last BB stays in the mag when empty making it hard to tell if the mag is full or empty.
Where to get................ no idea these days. |

MAG 90 round midcaps, box of 10. EDIT: Hmm, apparently they don't sell them anymore. Shame. Or they may just be restocking. Last edited by Styrak; April 1st, 2008 at 11:03.. |

Redwolf has pretty much everything mentioned in this thread, and more.

I have some 100 round TM mags for my JG MP5 and they work great. I'd highly recommend them.

Buying the same mags (TM or G&P, etc) for less money is cheap? I thought it was just common sense.

And 4 or 5 of them are probably not even appropriate to be spoken/typed .

Agreed. And that's what makes them so good and funny.

Ooh, now I want to hear them. T7, are you gonna leave me hanging? Jk, jk.
As for cheaping out, I'm talking buying the Echo1 mags rather than, say, G&P ones (which I use, actually). Or, sure, Redwolf may charge more, but I'd rather support a company I can trust than have a deal fall through like ILLusion just did with UNCompany. Not only did he lose money, but I and everyone else on the order have to wait another month for our stuff from WGC instead. =(
