KSC glock 19 spitting gas

I'm running my KSC G19 on propane at the moment and it won't stop spitting gas. I have upgraded it with a metal slide and the appropriate recoil spring. It is being fired upright, not gangster style... It will fire okay(but with very weak recoil) for about 10 rnds. After, it will start spitting gas from the ejection port and sometimes from the barrel. The blowback is very weak and it sometimes doesn't cycle properly to disengage the gas and the thing ends up venting completely. I've tried oiling it but it will still continue to vent. The most recent thing I've done is oil and grease the rails and hammer assembly. Could over oiling have caused this? I'm also suspicious about the mag itself and possibly the gas valve. It is sometimes a bit sticky and I sometimes hear some rubber squeaking when the valve is pressed. Anyone have these problems before?

Give me a few seconds to find Stalker or my answer to this and you'll be ok... All it needs is a bit of silicone oil on the plunger and to be worked in with the slide off.

Okay, I've just oiled the piston and loading nozzle chamber. Heck, I used half a bottle of AI silicone oil... Still no dice. Now its spitting gas and oil all over the place... I've noticed that the gas valve seems a bit sqeaky when pressed. Could the seal/O-ring be damaged?

So just to be sure, when you fire it, it is spurting the gas out heavy? Could be o ring, or your firing pin could be bent. Not disengaging properly.

Oil around where the split in the hammer is, that is the firing pin, sounds like it's sticking. With slide off put your thumb just behind where the hammer rests, cock it after oiling and pull the trigger. Repeat a couple dozen times to work the oil in. 95% chance that'll fix it.

BTW, does it do the same with other mags, or is that your only mag?

Just oiled the split but the hammer seems to require some assistance to move forward. Dunno if you understand but when the trigger is pulled, the hammer won't always move all the way forward. It sometimes gets stuck about 80% of the way. A light touch will move the hammer all the way forward but it seems that the hammer spring is really weak...

I dunno if this really pertains but about a week ago, I had a small but brief problem. Sometimes, the hammer would not cock although the slide was racked. It appeared to be a problem with the disconnecter sear but I'm not 100% sure since it corrected itself. This problem actually occurred twice so far...
