the nozzle does move when i dry fire it, I will open the mech box up and and check everything again

could it be the timing of the gears? or maybe a dirty barrel?

As long as the teeth of the sector gear are well away from the piston, that is proper timing. And a dirty barrel won't cause improper nozzle/hop up unit meshing.
