restricted item?

Anyone who could order this for me? (dont know if it will make it through customs...)
Ive needed this for so long, just let me know how much it would cost.

Depends if the serial number on the real steel is on the upper or lower receiver. On armalites, etc, it's on the lower receiver. On MP5's, it's on the upper receiver. Since the MC51 is MP5-ish, I'm inclined to think the restricted part is the upper reciver, but I'm not sure. Google time for you!
