TM 1911 Paint Color

Just wondering what the official color, or a shade of grey that is close as hell to the new TM 1911 Colt GBB, and where best place to find it, spay preferable id say.

Ya, I close sanded the tip off, then polished it, looks pretty good but id like to try a slight coat of paint to make it look smooth.. Otherwise I dont care, its fine like that till I get metal kit

Tell me you've atleast tried yours bruce man?

Like I told you on MSN, it's impossible to get a correct colour by asking for a paint name. Where one brand will call their colour "gunmetal", another brand's "gunmetal" will be several shades of grey different from the first brand.

just bring a real one into home depot and ask to do that paint match that they advertise

Well I cant exactly take my Colt 45 into my hobby shop and ask the little old lady running it to match the color now can I brian

merely wondering if anyone else knows the color of the TM 1911 for whatever reason, otherwise, dont care about leaving the tip scuffed up till I get metal.
