Rifled Inner barrel

I was looking on WGC and saw some rifled barrels, Anyone had experience with these? i have heard they lower your fps abit but im stock at 335 and i mainly do indoor(max ~320) I am attempting to make this(ak) a saw for when i play outdoor but i want it very accurate because indoor is semi only so i want to make my shots count
