xm8 part
Hey i was wondering what this part was, and where to get a replacement. It was a round rubber thingy with a hollow center. it was around 4mm in diameter, and it was near the hopup.
Edit: i took apart my gun again, (at least the body) and i guess the lil "nub" is the thing that pushes down on the sleeve for the hopup. sorry for my lack of airsoft vocabulary. I havent taken my hopup apart yet, but im assuming thats what this rubber thing was for. Last edited by krap101; July 4th, 2007 at 02:48.. |

"hop up bucking"
use a piece of 16 gauge wire insulation, its nothing special, doesnt have to be a specific material |

+1... i would reccommend soft rubbery wire insulation, rather than your regular run of the mill hard stuff as the hard stuff causes jams at times. but either works, infact ive done this method countless times on my own guns along with other peoples guns.
