ACU - Black pants with zipper fly instead of button fly????
Hi
I just want to know if there is any company that offer pants in ACU, CADPAT, Black, etc. that has a Zipper fly ? Most of the pants that I see on website have the button fly...which I don't really like ? Can you help ? Also, any thought on why the military would use button instead of a zipper ? Thanks D |

zippers can break and are somewhat difficult to repair in the field.

Did you try the "Gear" section at the top of the page? Get in touch with Armyissue. He sells pants.

By button fly you mean it has a zipper and button at the top? Or buttons all the way?

take it to a seamstress or a tailor, they will whack you a zipper in your pants for $10.

You could get a zipper installed by a local taylor. Probly cost you $10.
OK, just confirming what he ^ said. Last edited by Cleric; May 3rd, 2007 at 03:22.. Reason: Pivot beat me to it! |
