maybe because of the number of negative feedbacks they received, so they might have been suspended?!?
Not sure though. I have done numerous purchases through them, and all I gotta say is great service. Fast shipping... reliable... no hassle... |

anyone ever get the wrong part, or had their parcel sent to the wrong person? I'd like to get first hand info on how they dealt with it (full refund incld s/h insurance?....time frame, etc)

I ordered a holster, with other goods, that was not in the shipment. Sent them an email, they conacted me back, apologized and sent a replacement no charge, free shipping. Other than that, never had a problem.
