What makes a good Airsoft Game?

Haha, I mean in the moment, I guess. I realize that airsoft is not much of an accurate representation of combat, but I meant that with respect to the game and not to reality. Things that make you feel 'there,' that make you want to do what you're doing, that make you feel that there are consequences to your actions. Things that make you want to complete your objectives and remain un-hit, not just attend and follow along.
Again, no matter how well thought out/balanced/varied the scenario, rules, etc., without some spice the game is still dry.

Organization, where we play indoor in calgary we usually don't start another game until everyone is ready,sometimes it can be a half an hour between games.

30 min isn't too bad. If it took an hour that would be innoying, 30 min is more than enough time to ensure all your gear is still working properly before you go atter again. I'd like to be done one game then go right into another pending I have everything together properly.

Tunabreath, I follow what you are saying. Its called verisimilitude, or the illusion of reality. The RAAT admins did a good job of this at their season ending game with some nice pyro for big bangs during the final assault of the game.

In regards to indoor airsoft in Calgary 30 minutes of downtime to 30 minutes of game can be a little much sometimes.

Not haveing your gun crap out on you in the beginning or at all. Bad time at wasaga with that took 1 hr to clean the M700 mag . Also not getting hit by paintballers."when fire upon fire back" :snipe:
