Star L85a2 Disassembly Guide with Internal Review...
I created this disassembly guide/ review and wanted to share it here as well. I initially posted it on Arnie's so I will just post that link in order to conserve space from all the pics. Plus, a lot of you guys here are member's on Arnie's anyway. Anyway.... http://www.arniesairsoft.co.uk/forum...howtopic=91735 .

Here's a link to AirsoftMechanics where I've posted the same guide. I don't believe you need a log on there.

Only about 5000 rds so far but I thought the internals were in excellent shape given the high ROF. The exploded bearing on the one side of the bevel gear was probably caused by the stress of the spring and higher RPM. A player on Arnies advised that the ball bearings on the bevel gear come that way stock from the factory. I thought that was interesting and was not aware of that. This marks the second time (2 for 2) that I've had a bearing explode so take that for what's its worth. I'm staying away forever.
