TM Hi-Capa 4.3, Propane? 1 mag fill?
Hello! Hello!
I got 1 real quick question. I was wondering how many shots can I fire with 1 mag full of propane? I filled up my mag, loaded the gun and fired. The mag squeezed out about 1 mag + less than a half a mag. Basicly I fired 35-40 rounds with 1 fill up of propane. I have a metal slide + metal barrel upgrade. So I was wondering is that how many shots 1 fill up of propane should give me? Because I remember the mag should last for at least 2 mags on the plastic slide... Would the metal slide make my gbb consume more propane? Thanks, -Identity. |

sounds about right. the metal slide will consume more propane because it is heavier and thus takes more energy to cycle.

It all kind of depends on how full you actually fill it (this varies on each fill, depend on how long you hold it in, the temp, angle of fill, etc), the temperature you are playing in (cold = less shots, warm = average, hot = more), and a few other items like exactely what upgrades/parts you have (yes they all have different quirks), and if the gun is clean or not (dirt in slide = more friction = more gas usuage). But even with a metal slide on 85% of my pistols, I do not notice a huge difference in the amount of gas I use if anything I would say I might loose 4 or 5 bb's worth.
On the TM hicappa's I've tried with and without metal slides on average I get about 2 1/2 mags per fill, on my own WE hicappas I get about 2 in the WE mags, and 2 1/2 in the TM ones. |
