I was just wondering if anyone out there has had experience with this product and can give me feedback:

I'm not much of an accessories guy. My m4 is stock at the moment, with a few mild internal upgrades planned before winter, and frankly putting scopes and handles and RAS and lights and lasers and crap totally turns me off. I guess I'm a simple kinda guy. My first, and only asthetic change to my m4 was the addition of a short silencer. I like the look because it still keeps the rifle simple, and practical for that slightly longer barrel that'll be going in soon.
My friend encouraged me to look into an RDS so I'd stop bitching about my iron sights in low light situations. I looked the length and bredth of whats available and came to a conclusion. If I'm going to put a scope accessory on my rifle, it has to fit my simple look, and be practical, and therefore must not only allow me to aim in low light conditions, but as a scope, it has to have magnification, something that no RDS I could find does. I found some illuminated scopes of varying sizes and styles, frowining upon anything long and sniper looking. I mean, c'mon, its an m4.
I'm told by my assistant manager, who used to actually be in the army, that the m145 is basically a mil-dot scope that looks the same as the more well known Elcan scope used on canadian rifles. We have 3x magnification, which is useful for identifying targets at medium range, illuminated crosshairs, and a simple sleek look. I play a blend of CQB and outdoors, and I think this will be practical for both.
Feedback appreciated.
