I totally agree with this. The fact is that TM Shotty's nozzles tend to break very easily according to some local doctors. That turns me right off

That being said , what about the MK23 ?? Since it's a NBB , I guess it can take propane without any problem. It's good looking IMO and the LAM is a plus. wouldn't that be perfect ?

Well, considering the LAM is just an equivalent to a cheapo dollar store flashlight, I wouldn't buy it for that

The gun can run propane, but it has to be modded. Apperantly if you don't mod the magazines, they will trigger the overflow valve, and the increased pressure can knock the hopup mechanism way off. In one mag my friend's MK.23 went from roughly 330 fps to 110 fps...

It's a nice gun though, doesn't require metal slides or anything, but the double-action/long trigger pull and the fact that it's horkin' huge is a turnoff for some. Not to mention it's somewhat hard to find a holster that'll fit it AND the silencer properly and securely.

On the shotgun note, it is possible to repair the crushed nozzle. Same friend (as above) did a temporary repair involving a piece of pen. Another thing to note about shotguns is their somewhat hard rack. Takes a bit of effort but if you get the Smokey's Vertical front grip for either M3 or SPAS-12 it makes it a bunch easier.

those are good advices but I still think I'll go with the TM P226. Sounds like the perfect pistol

yes agreed with the shot gun opition its a good choice and it also teachs your fire control, pick and choose your shots yes i know a GBB is the same thing but when you have to rechamber a round after each shot makes you take the time to look around and see whats around that you can shot at. Plus honestly i think once i get most of the guns i want (CA-SG1, HK-416(kit or VFC), hi-capa 5.1) i plan on picking up and KTW Ithaca M37 sawed off for a rangable back-up. but thats me.

Yeah but I just dont wanna be stuck with Nozzle problems and shotguns don't really stick to my style of play , I like being able to manoeuver as I want and have very little space to take a shot.
