Punishers colt 1911

Hey guys and Gals

I have heard rumors about a Punisher Colt 1911 being made for airsoft

just wondering if there was any truth to this, I mean there is a robocop gun out

if there is one, who makes it and how much, and where can i get one?

It's a .45 with compensator, fancy slide, etc.
If that style rocks your boat, there are many similar guns out there or you can find aftermarket parts.

i've been searching endlessly for a gun with the similar look to castle's 1911's. There is one out there that has a similar coloring, but is only abs, and there is no 1911 out there with a compensator that even looks close to that of the one on the 1911's in the Punisher. If anyone else knows anything, i would appreciate info as well.

WA Colt 1911; aftermarket metal slide and frame; aftermarket compensator, I found one a while back that matched close enough.

That gets you 98% of the "look". The grips will have to come from real-steel, but little mods should be needed *I think*.

Here's mine on a KJW P14. Gonna switch over to a single stack sometime. Had it custom made though. I havn't seen any already made aftermarket compensators like this one though, only the smaller ones that don't cover the recoil rod.

As much as I hate the movie,

talk to "Mobius Strip" from Arnies Airsoft

These guns started life as WA SCW Dobermans, rare enough already and lovely guns to boot, but there is always a quest to make guns just that touch more personal, and after watching the latest movie offering of the comic book hero "The Punisher" I had my inspiration, the look of his twin 1911's struck a chord, almost retro with full profile compensator and stainless controls on the basic black pistol.
It reminded me of years ago when the "RS" 1911 market was flooded by aftermarket add-ons, extended or improved fire controls when everybody and their brother was adding stainless parts to their black guns - just to make sure that they were noticed, well I did anyway! The grips have the PO logo milled out and the Punisher logo put in situ. In other words, it's a Doberman with stainless controls and a picture of a skull on the grips!
So although by no means an exact replicas of the movie guns they are an homage of sorts.
