Yeah the SV infinity was exactly that ebay item... IN canada.. and from a guy who had sold me already another gun, a desert eagle springer... ( dont blame me, i collect springers )

i know about custom issues..

Lately, bought a m-4 springer for a guy supposedly from canada, when i checked the tracking status on UPS, i discovered the guy was shipping from the US. Hopefuly he refunded me..

If you guys try on ebay, ask the seller personnaly if he his shipping from canada.. and try to use other means than UPS, its the worst company regarding custom issues.

Right now there is a soccom fixed slide without silencer for sale on ebay, the guy sell it pretty expensive, but he affirms its because the included holster has a value of 100 - 200 $...
Im not interrested in that one..

I happen to own a VN and it is actually my favorite gun. I'm 6'1 and 170 pounds so I can't tell you if it's very heavy or too big, but that it works great for me. As was mentioned before if you want a metal body you'll go through hell and back, but gearbox upgrades and such aren't hard to find. One last note: The VN flash hider has a few issues, the exact same ones that it had in Vietnam.

What are those flash hider issues? (just curious)

If there is anything that can fit between the prongs of the flash hider, it will get stuck in there and stop a BB from firing. The VN actually comes with a "birdcage" flash hider as well which has none of these porblems, I just think it doesn't look as cool.
