I assume you guys are talking about Pyramid Air? If so, I have spoken several times with the owner. He's pretty goos, and has a good reputation. However, he deals actual air rifles, so airsoft is not his speciality and he clearly made a mistake.

Good reputation? He's also in the US, which causes a major problem with his wares making it past the border.
