KSC USP Full Size .45 Japan Version VS. Taiwan Version

quite simply, what are the differences between the two guns aside from price? what makes the taiwan version so much cheaper? is the japan version better quality?

TW: Lack of trademarks on magazine and right side of USP frame. Otherwise same gun, same power, same build material.
