Good stuff! Congrats and welcome to the club! Metal slide and enhanced spring will have you snapping off rounds like crazy. I thought my metal slided G19 had a stock spring/guide in it (I bought it used) and was considering buying an enhanced spring from MadMax, but last night I compared side by side the two spring guides, and the one in my metal slide G19 had a different spring and guide in is already, thicker wire, etc.

Groombug, good info! I'll stick with the slide lock though. I have too many guns already that don't let me know when I fired my last round as it is.

Ksc G19 = Awsome

congrats on the buy. i just installed my tightbore barrel and it does make a difference as far as accuracy is concerned. it also gives it a little more kick.

very nice indeed.
Where & how much for a tightbore for a G19? I'd actually like to try out those Tanobi twist barrels if they made one for the G19.

Sweet, thanks! My team does somewhat regular orders with WGC, the most recent one went out a few days ago. Unfortunately, because of some Canadian fuck-wit that decided to order an M203 from WGC, trying to get it into the country and it got seized, WGC stopped accepting credit card and PayPal orders from Canada, so now we all have to split the $45 wire-transfer fee on top of everything else. Chances are we'll be going with RedWolf or DenTrinity from now on.

Now, the REAL question is, what would be better in a G19, a 6.04mm tightbore, or that twist barrel sold for the Hi-Capa. Surely a G19 one can be had from somewhere. I've read a fair bit on the twist barrel and am impressed with the design and thought that went into it and would love to have one in my G19. Even if I bought the hicapa one and had it machined to fit.
