Does this mean that we will have to mix Propane and DI to fill stock J-guns?

HFC134a
70psi @ 70F

HFC152a
62psi @ 70F

HFC152a exerts a bit less pressure than HFC134a, but not hugely less (like butane at 40psi)

I don't think mixing in propane would work. Trying to make up 8psi wouldn't be too easy with propane exerting 115psi. If you pushed in a bit of gas to increase the pressure, you'd only get a few shots worth of boosting. If you push in liquid, you'd probably get a much higher pressure than your gun was designed for.

One option could be to install a highflow valve to make your HFC152a performance equal to HFC134a without the highflow.

Yeah, I tried all the usual stores (Staples, FS, etc.) and the only store where I found tetra was @ Grand & Toy (Fairview Mall for those of you in Toronto). They were selling 234 mL cans for $7.49. If anyone's interested, it's the Grand & Toy branded 'compressed air duster' in a green can.

I'm not sure, but G&T might be going the way of all the other dusters (ie difluoro) since the cans that I bought were on sale.

I bought a can of the Grand and Toy stuff a few months back, and it was tetra. The can which I swiped off my brother is di. He bought it last week. So much for that.
