Versions (US, Canadian, Asia)

Hi,

I was looking on a major retailer's website for an airsoft gun, and I frequently read "US Version" or Canada version or Asia version beside guns. What does this mean? Will there be a different in quality?

Thanks!

quality will be the same on all of them given that they all have the same spring installed. it will be small changes like no trades or different trades, orange flash hiders, and things of that nature to conform to country import laws.

Most of the time the US version has no trademarks while the Asia or Canada version will me a much nearer to perfect match to what you'd see on a real rifle or pistol.

That is not correct, stop talking out your ass if you don't know what you're talking about guys.

Canadian, US, and Asia versions differ from brand to brand. For example, certain CYMA brand guns have neodymium magnets on their Asia versions and ferrite motors on their US versions.

VFC for example has Asia and US versions of their HK lineup. The difference is just in the trademarks, but that is not the case for their other lines. For example, Canadian Avalons and US Avalons come with different barrels, hop up rubbers, and sometimes different motors.
