TM Recoil shock doctors

For all those with TM recoil shocks, does anyone have a recommendation as to a gun doc that works on these in Toronto? I bought one from a retailer new and they installed a spring to bring it up to 410 FPS for importation, I'm just looking to get someone to change out the spring to reduce FPS (and perhaps comment on any recommended mods)

Thanks. Sometimes I feel carrying all those GHK mags is heavier than carrying a hpa tank

Which one did you get? Any pictures? If it's m4/416 style you maybe able to do it yourself for cheap. Just need to get a spring from eagle6, unscrew the buffer and drop in the spring.
