Lotta folks use that sort of stuff for airsoft.
ESS and Revision both make good goggles. Grab the ones with the fan built in and a thermal lense for minimal fogging while sitting still for extended periods in a ghillie. Both the ESS and revision will work with your Adams Industries Sentinel if you pick one up as well ;p For your head whatever is comfy. I wear a boonie or patrol cap. Somethimes no hat.
