All the VR16's are the same internally. There are slight differences between the 2015 and 2016 versions but nothing significant to the average airsofter
If you mean the Avalon Calibur, that's a slightly different beast because it has a Neo magnet motor and a few other aesthetic "upgrades" straight out of the box. If you want to buy your gun and pretty much run it stock, go with the newly released Avalon-Calibur; OR if you plan to upgrade the motor and other parts yourself, you can save a bit of money and go with the VR16 Saber. At the end of the day I'd say go with whatever VR16 looks best to you.
