WE Tech Glock 17, slide doesn't always lock back when the gun is emtpy
Hey guys,
I recently bought a used WE Glock 17 from a local player. The gun performs beautifully, no leaks, fires every shot... and then some. About 75%-90% of the time the gun will continue to fire after the last BB has been shot. The slide doesn't lock back like it's supposed to. Any idea what causes this, and/or what part needs to be replaced to fix this issue? I know the gun has seen fairly good use, so it's not new by any stretch. |

Could be low gas charge, or just the follower jamming in mag, spring weak in mag. Something not moving smooth in the recoil spring assembly preventing slide from traveling back enough to catch slide lock.
Just a few simple things to look at (my morning non caffeinated ramblings)

After doing a bit of looking, I'm thinking the you might be correct in saying that the slide stop is worn. I have three magazines, and the behaviour is the same regardless of which magazine I use. I can't tell if it's worn or not, (I have no experience with this gun and it's internals but it's probably along the right path to fixing it.
