Are these legal for import (grenades)
I'm not sure if this is the place to post this, but I found this crowdfunding for an advanced Airsoft Grenade. In a few days, they plan on posting a video of a fully working prototype in use.
https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/m...ade-bfg#/story These are being designed and made in the UK. I don't pretend to understand all the laws as they pertain to importing airsoft. Does anyone know if these are legal for import? On a similar note, are airsoft grenade launchers generally legal for import, since the shell contains all the firing parts? |

I would think it would be questionable to say the least. Prety sure there is a simaler product (a blank firing grenade simulator) that was discussed here before. It may be posible for a company (like a mil/le supply type place) to import them as training devices but i have no clue about the sale to the public or how the rcmp would classify this device, is it a blank firing gun, an explosive, a replica of an explosive etc...
we cant even get them to pass the enola gaey frags because they consider them an explosive, tho the guys at rocket fireworks are tryin. they look prety sweet tho.

Half the price of VTG grenades... Might toss in on it worse case it's $150 and either they come in or not. My only hold back is I think they tried to do to much with it and it may not work as well for specific applications because of that.
