to begin with was 800 grit...so I guess up to 2k from there. I'll take it slow - ahue. Thanks! Quote:
to begin with, but it got "de-starred" so quickly and that was pretty aggravating so I was still able to rename the thread again. It's sad that it isn't possible to rename them later on, would be useful for many reasons. My Hi-Capa thread was also "de-starred" way down as well without no apparent reason. I would wish these both threads to be edited so that it isn't possible to rate, since some people are like they are. The wheel is a custom cut 13" 3 piece wheel for a scooter build. About the women, well. There are some hidden gems here but they are all taken. The rest are pretty for the most part, but real *suitcases*. I prefer Asians. And thank you! Some pictures showing how the stippling looks like so far. I still have some left to do, but I think it looks pretty decent.
Also I went to a hardware store to check if they had the sandpaper I needed. Well all I got was 1500 grit and 2000. So What happened was this: First I took a Bosch "Mouse" sanding machine and got all the old finish off. Then I used the p280 paper I had and finished off with the 1500 and 2000. I still haven't decided if I should get some of the grit I missed out on getting. I wonder why they had such large gaps on their grit numbers. So far I'm pretty much pleased. Next I'll be getting some of that stuff to get that mirror finish. Next up is the G34 build. I'm not sure what lower I should go with to match the slide. It sort of depends on the light...sometimes it looks like DE and other times it sure does look like OD. It's confusing and annoying. What do you think? Finally decided on what frame to use. Green it is. Had trouble
to decide because of the weird light OD color. Also decided that a colored trigger safety will be distracting so I took the flat black one and sanded it carefully by first using the Mouse sanding tool and then cleaned up the round scuffs with 280 paper and finished off with 1500 and 2000 and lastly I rubbed it with a special fine aluminum rag(? dunno the name of it in English) that includes some sort of soap to make it shine. Now it's nice. Debating on wether to cut the trigger guard on this one or not. Will need a magwell. |
