Looks like it is supposed to be a clone of these: http://blastgauge.com/features/.
The real ones are blast pressure sensors to help aid in treating blast related injuries (from their website). |

its pretty much an electronic, and a more advanced version of those concussion stickers kids wear on their helmets in hockey now, but for explosions. They use analog ones on myth busters all the time when dealing with explosions.
Just another tool to aid with triage and diagnosis by first responders. Airsoft use? meh. Your money though. If you want them for their intended use, get the real ones, never trust safety to repros.
