2 things wrong with that request that I can see.

1: Airsoft parts are not made to the same specs as their real steel counter parts. pretty sure the magazine would not withstand the rigors of a full power rifle.

2: Correct me if I'm wrong but wouldn't modifying an airsoft magazine for use in an actual firearm be illegal?

1. No, airsoft parts cannot be used to house and fit real steel. The reverse is opposite however, you can use some real steel for airsoft.

2. It is super illegal to modify airsoft parts for real steel functions, including magazines (if you do not have a firearms license). There have been specific embargos on certain airsoft receivers BECAUSE they are unclear if they are able to sustain real steel functions.

Apart from that, the cost associated with purchasing the correct airsoft magazine, pinning it to the legal amount of five rounds, and then having it fail and require replacement is retarded.
Airsoft magazines don't even have retention lips, and it would be impossible to build them into any shell I'm familiar with.

Thirty kinds of ridiculous.

No it isn't. If you have a regular firearms license you can even make your own firearms provided they fall into the proper firearms classifications. This would include magazines as well, provided they were constructed/pinned properly for their intended uses.

I have my license firearm but I find little charger is in canada

I wanted to use the contour of the charger to a bottom and a spring

the original little charger contain only 2 cartridge cal.12 2-3 / 4 and would cost me $ 125 for bringing in state united

if I can use airsoft charger I have to do everything from nothing

now I use it without the charger but it is not obvious to the cartridge from under the gun

the rifle is a mossberg 195 bolt-action cal. 12 2-3/4 only

Well, I can't be helpful, but I'll say that's a lovely rifle.

Looks like the magazines are about $20?

If you want to use an airsoft mag you'd just need to find it's opposite number. A 12 gauge bolt action shotgun? I don't know where you'll find that flavor.
