Inner barrel length + cylinder volume questions

Hi guys I'm fairly new here with minimal knowledge on gearbox and internal but I decided to take a leap and try to upgrade my AEG internally. So here it is:

First question is
Would a modify (300-450mm) cylinder would be enough to propel bb down a madbull 6.03 455mm inner barrel?

2nd question is
What spring should I use to to get as close to 390-400fps assuming perfect world minimum airleak?

Any other precautions I should take note when building with this set up. All reference items are found at airsoftparts.ca... As you can see I'm not age verified yet.

You always want to be on the minimum side of the cylinder. Heavier ammo will need more air volume than the .20s they test cylinders with.
And a 120 spring will get you closest and potentially just a bit over 400.
You can add or lose 5-15fps by adding or removing the bearings on the spring guide and behind the piston head
