Dual Sector Gear semi not working

Hi guys!

I'm having an issue with my DSG build. Worked fine before and now semi doesn't work. Here is a link. http://youtu.be/6or6OeRPK6Q Any suggestions to what might have caused this problem?
EDIT: I would fire in full auto and it works. Once I switch to semi its like the motor has a hard time pulling the spring.

Parts List:

VFC Gearbox shell
SHS Trigger mechanism
SHS Piston(swiss cheesed)
Lonex piston head
Stock Cylinder
Stock Nozzle
Stock Tappet plate (cut for DSG)
Siegtek DSG 10.44 Gearset
M120
Siegtek Spring spacer
D6 Lab mosfet with active brake
JG Blue motor
11.1v 25c Nano-tech

Thanks!

what is your full battery specification?

Why are you using a 120 spring? do you like getting 250 fps?

I'm thinking it's possible you need more battery amp output, but a 120 spring should be easy enough to pull.

What method did you use to shim?

Problem is your cutoff lever. It is being held in the wrong position due to the enlarged shape of the Siegetek cutoff cam, your trigger sled slips over the contacts and releases instead of going into the contacts.

Solution is to use a different cutoff lever, or mod the one you already have to work.

M120 isn't THAT bad. I got around 350 with an unspacered M160 just from a good air seal.

Also, you may want to be concerned about your low RoF, something doesn't seem right. It sounds like its in the mid 30's, which is extremely low for a DSG in the setup you listed. You should be expecting 45+ RPS, even with that tiny battery. I have a SSG setup that does 46 RPS with that battery so....
