cm16 r8 or cm18 mod1?

quite simply, would you rather get a black g&g r8 or a g&g two-tone mod1? pros and cons are welcomed.
(both are priced the same from where i'm buying)

thanks.

They're both Combat machine lines, so they're exactly the same internally. Get whatever one you like the best.

If you're gonna buy a G&G M4, make sure it's the Top Tech version. It's worth the extra $$$.

the r8 is slightly longer than the cm18....would the r8 be maneuverable enough for CQB as well?

If length for CQB is an issue, go for the shorter CM18. If you're arguing for aesthetic value, that's your personal taste. IMO, the CM18 MOD1 is sexy as fuark.

You'll end up upgrading those CM guns and it will end up costing the same as the Top Tech, but without some of the cool features. Quality doesn't come in cheap, but personally I rather wait and save up for the better buy. It's your money so I can't tell you what to do. Just my 2 cent.

You don't need to upgrade them at all, they're great out of the box. However if you're willing to spend the money, then get the Toptech version.

Just buy whichever you like better or better suits where you play,(cqb, outdoors). Internally the same. Top tech is great but I've never gone wrong with G&G. I had an m4 before the toptech line and it was a great gun even without metal body. lately everything they put out seems to be getting great reviews.

Really? I found the CM guns to be low in quality. Gear thickness is different and so as the piston and piston head. The weird thing is, the new Top Tech looks exactly the same as the G&G and CM line. Don't know if G&G are using the same gearbox is all of their lines now, but I remember Top Tech had very much different internals than the others.

internally not as good as toptech but great for the money, my old g&g lasted two years much of the time with box mag as a support weapon. if you can't shell out the money for toptech they are still a good gun for the money.
