Go on this diet--I am sure you will make it through the milsim.

  • Breakfast: Three fried-egg sandwiches loaded with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, fried onions and mayonnaise. Two cups of coffee. One five-egg omelet. One bowl of grits. Three slices of French toast topped with powdered sugar. Three chocolate-chip pancakes.
  • Lunch: One pound of enriched pasta. Two large ham and cheese sandwiches with mayo on white bread. Energy drinks packing 1,000 calories.
  • Dinner: One pound of pasta. An entire pizza. More energy drinks.

    Total

    12,000 Callories

If the Milsim doesn't work, you can try for 18 gold medals in swimming.

Just need to spend 9 hours in training everyday.

Water, and protein. Drink electrolytes, but only on breaks, or afterwards. Overloading on anything isn't great. Small snacks throughout, and avoid stuff that'll make you want to shit. Jerky and nuts will provide you with what you need, but is dry and tedious to eat for a meal. A protean bar, coupled with a baggie dried fruit and M&Ms. Nothing wrong with a "little" sugar. Stop midway, and fill your stomach. One hot meal, if at all possible, can change the whole game for you. Homemade energy drinks including milk (or water), protein powder, lemon juice, and maple syrup. Plan to take a rest, two hours at least, and do it before you're falling over.

Are you fit, and have all your meals pre-planned? Get enough sleep before the game? Hit your enemy all night, hardcore while they're trying to rest. Small infil teams to annoy them with grenades, gun fire, and staggered attacks. Meanwhile, have your crew shift sleep. If you can get some rest, decent food, and keep up morale, the sun coming up will recharge your batteries. While the enemy is trying to gather enough brain matter to remember how to tie their boots, and pulling the sticks out of their hair, you hit them with everything you've got. Capture every asset, objective, and demoralize them until they all quit and go home. See? You've won the game, and it's not even over yet. Now you can rest, shoot the shit, or scrim. It's like being paid to sit at home ....kind of. Remind anyone of any milsims in particular?

Wait.... What?! Cordyceps, the same mushroom that turns bugs into spore-zombies?!
