How to tell what muzzle break to buy

I ordered an Echo1 OCW and plan to take off the orange muzzle after I know it works well and is without defects. I was wondering how I would be able to tell which muzzle breaks would fit it. There is an imitation G36 break on it so I expect a real one would fit, but what about others?

Thanks in advance.

Edit: It just dawned on me that all of the barrels have to be the same size for the BBs so that means that all brakes will work on all airsoft guns?

Uh... Airsoft ones? real ones use a different size threading.

try Airsoftparts.ca/airsoftdepot.ca for parts.

Echo1 OCW is a CYMA rebrand, so it should be 14mm negative.
Don't limit you choices to the shape of the orginal orange one (a G36C flash hider) - There are hundreds of 14mm negative airsoft flash hiders out there, pick one that caught your eyes.

SCAR-type 3-prong flash hiders look pretty aggressive and are threaded for quick detach suppressors. Maybe look into one of those?
You can typically get them packaged with a suppressor, allowing you to swap a longer inner barrel for outdoor, and the stock one for CQB play if you desire. I have seen them sold on their own though if you just want the look.

Sometimes and understated 'practical' look can be nice too though, especially on otherwise tac'd-out guns.
Buy what you like (but not a Barrett .50 muzzle break unless you like lame puns and want to make the airsoft equivalent of one)!
