I have fully disassembled it and saw the 2 springs for the windage and elevation adjustments. Nothing more I could do to center the recticles, but it looks centered anyways.
The only workaround is to stuff the rails to zero it with the rifle.

On the rail is the simplest way to make the zeroing works.
